Sr. Manager HR (Operations)

  • Bahria Foundation is looking for Sr. Manager HR (Operations) for its Head Office located in Karachi.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA (HR) with 8 to 10 years of HR Operations Management including document handling. HR Certifications will be preferred.

Skills :

  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Employee Data Management, Compensation & Rewards Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Budgeting, Organizational Development, Performance Management & Employee Counselling
  • Support HR Team in their responsibilities and provide solutions/guidance on day-to-day affairs
  • Understanding and translating Policy Framework into processes & procedures
  • Must have knowledge of the Competency Framework
  • Exposure to taking up OD interventions
  • Working knowledge of legal affairs pertaining to rights of employer & employees and applicability of Labor Laws
  • Experience in conducting inquiries/disciplinary actions
  • Must have worked on HRMS with proficiency in Data Analysis (Data Cleansing, using advanced Excel, HR Dashboards, etc.) and HR metrics
  • Command over MS Office, especially in MS Excel
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Manager IT

Job Summary: The MIT is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of Information Technology infrastructure for BCS. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible to oversee technical projects, ascertaining their alignment with organizational goals, and directing the effective delivery of networks and processes across the organization to ensure optimal performance.

Qualification:

  • Masters in Computer Sciences/ Computer Engineering / Software Engineering /Information Technology / Computer Systems or Equivalent

Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years
